| Currently Im playing a Sunlite acoustic and I love it, but I want to make the switch to electric. Dont wanna spend alot of money at all, but dont want a piece of crap either. Anyone got suggestions? |

| If you want something that holds together and is fairly cheap, Fender's Squire range is usually OK ^^ It's very cheap and, whilst it's not the best guitar in history, it does the job  _________________ Marx: Money is the common wh*re.

| you could put a pickup above the sound hole (cheapest: $9.99) and set your amp up to overdrive |

| my starcaster is pretty nice. it was only like 200? and has a decent black/fade paint job. i can give pics if u want. better yet, i got it at sams for 175$ lol |
